Brenda is an Associate Lawyer in our Commercial, Wills & Estates team.

Brenda is an admitted solicitor with over four years’ post‑admission experience advising businesses and individuals across commercial, corporate, property and dispute resolution matters. She has a strong interest in estate planning and commercial law, and enjoys helping clients navigate their legal affairs with clarity and confidence.

Brenda has worked on business and share sale transactions, corporate governance documentation, and a broad range of commercial agreements, including service and supply arrangements, licensing and franchising, and debt & finance documentation. She has also assisted with estate planning matters and brings a thoughtful, detail‑focused approach to advising clients on succession and future planning. Brenda also has experience supporting commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters in both NSW and Federal jurisdictions.
