We will advise our professional fees in the next few days. Out of pocket expenses including searches and enquires to complete the contract will also be payable. These disbursements usually range between $750 to $1,200 depending on the property. In some cases, new survey reports and/or council building certificates will need to be obtained and quotes will be given for these disbursements if and when necessary.
